Global Search International offers executive recruitment for senior executives from within the hotel and hospitality world. We have Chefs, Managers, Food & Beverage Managers, Housekeepers, Rooms Division Managers, Butlers and Household Managers, household staff and lifestyle Managers around the world.

Wayne established Global Search in 2004 following a career in Luxury hotels and Restaurants in London and around the world. He was household Manager for the King & Queen of Jordan in the mid nineties and his experience now covers three decades.

In 2002, Wayne joined Grant International, Search and Selection ( Executive Recruitment services), and following the departure of Director, Deyon Johnson, Wayne was appointed Director and oversaw the running of the company. His success with Grant International enabled him to set up Global Search, which has continued to developed its reputation.

In 2006, Global Search set up an office in Australia, headed by Susan Foster.
